Chamberlain West Hollywood Hotel, West Hollywood

The hotel offers massive rooms without any view, feeling like an underground bunker. Although a little pricey, the food service was subpar and in need of maintenance and refresh. Broken cupboard doors, powerpoints, and bathroom door were noticeable downsides.

The hotel is located in a very quiet and picturesque neighborhood, just a block away from either Santa Monica Blvd or Sunset Blvd. The rooms were very cute and had a separate living room area with a big screen TV, which was perfect for us and much appreciated. However, the low positioning of the room presented some challenges. The service was very friendly and accommodating, although there were incidents like mistakenly disturbing us early in the morning without prior notice. The dining experience, while having some positives like being served by a lovely young woman, was overall subpar. The location is the best feature of the hotel, highly recommended for anyone wanting to stay in West Hollywood.

The hotel had a unique mid-century modern chic style in the rooms, but the lighting was a bit dim, requiring us to turn it off to sleep. The service, especially at the pool bar, was outstanding despite a minor intrusion into our room without knocking. The location was perfect, nestled in a serene area with access to local eateries. However, the dining experience was expensive and fell short of expectations.

Beside being quirky, the rooms were spacious, upscale, clean, and comfortable, offering plenty of space for everything. The service was amazing with friendly and helpful staff. The location was quiet and relaxing, allowing for a local experience, and the dining experience, delivered by a delightful young woman, was a bit on the expensive side. Overall, a great place to relax and feel at home.

The hotel felt like my very own apartment; the rooms were great, nice and spacious, although the bathroom was a little on the small side. The service was very accommodating, from the valet to the front desk. The location wasn't the best, but it was in a lovely quiet neighborhood and a short walk to all the bars in West Hollywood. The dining experience was subpar, with limited options, but the new dining area inside and outside was fantastic. The facilities were well-maintained.
